Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item please be aware there will be a 15% restocking charge unless the item(s) were listed as "no returns." Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt and accompanied by a copy of your sales receipt. Please return items in new and unused condition. If the product is opened, please repackage as originally shipped. Gaylin's Bath Shoppe reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund of the purchase price less the restocking charge (no refunds for freight) . There will be no restocking charge if customer requests a "store credit" which can be used towards future purchases.
